We’ve recently had an exciting opportunity to work with famous singer/song writer Macy Gray! It wasn’t a very big project, but that didn’t stop us from going above and beyond as usual. We were brought in to design a custom dollar bill that would be used as a prop during her performances in Europe. Basically at some point during her performance, it would begin to rain these custom dollar bills throughout the venue. The project itself was pretty simple and straight forward. Macy knew exactly what she wanted, which of course made things even easier for us. Overall, it was an amazing little project to work on, and a true honor to work with Macy Gray!

Sad news, but the MyToons website seems to have been shut down for good.  There was a lot of talk about company mismanagement and employee neglect, which is never a fun position to be in. But it’s unfortunate for the website and those who worked there. MyToons was a great growing community full of animation students and professionals alike, along with a lot of other creative people who just enjoyed being in such a creative environment.

Best of luck to those who were laid off, and hopefully everyone is able to get back on their feet sooner rather than later.

Shortly after finishing the latest 2nd Avenue episode, we were asked to assist in bringing to life a cartoon series called Antwon Spinach. Specifically, we were asked to design the main cast of characters and produce a 45 second intro.

We were recently asked to create a quick animation to help promote the Hard Lifestyle brand. While it was a very short animation, we still took the opportunity to try something new, resulting in some pretty cool visual effects. Check it out:
